Couples looking for a cozy escape
Great spot for a quiet getaway. Enjoyed a lovely evening chatting with the bartender about local wines and a complementary welcome drink to start things off right.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but it was still acceptable.

The professional attitude of the hotel management and employees. I could trust them that my 12-year old son waits for me in the lobby.

Just blocks from the main tourist areas and a subway station, so good location. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful (some more than others). I especially would single out Frank the bellman, who spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful with tips and directions. Our city tour booked by the hotel was great. The room was small for three adults, but nicely decorated and comfortable.
Wireless internet didn't work in our room and we had to go to the lobby area for a signal. It only marginally worked in the breakfast area. Some staffers spoke with a heavier accent and were impatient with us when we couldn't understand. Others were great, though.

would happily go back again
The cozy urban room had air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. Bathroom offered a walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Hotel was super close to the U-Bahn and trams. Breakfast was a treat with fresh pastries and eggs made-to-order. Fitness center was a nice perk too.

We had an excellent 4 day stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful, room was comfortable and everything worked smoothly. It's not quite in the very heart of Vienna, but is within easy walking distance and there is a subway and tram station just a couple of hundred yards away. Vienna's sights are spread out, so no matter where you stay, you'll have a bit of moving about to do. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the light meals served in the lobby were great value and extremely good. Cannot fault anything.

We have been in Vienna for the Immaculate Bridge, 3 full days, and we stayed in this hotel because it is in District 1, and very close to Schwedenplatz metro station so we can move around the city easily, and it has been a great success. It is close to restaurants and shops. We had breakfast too, and there was a bit of everything, an area for eggs, bacon, sausages, cold cuts, an area for making toast, with various types of bread, whole fruit and fruit salad, juices, yoghurts and a variety of cheeses, as well as cereals. The staff is very attentive and friendly. And as for the heating, although we didn't have it on, and it was cold outside, it was nice in the room.
I didn't like the coffee, because it was American, we don't like that coffee very much, if you want hot milk, you have to ask for it expressly, it didn't come very hot either, so we drank the coffees warm, cold. Another thing that bothered us a little was the people talking at the hotel door while they were smoking, noise coming from the lobby, since our room was just above the hotel entrance.
